I’m delighted to invite you to the Spring series of Yoga Nidra events, designed to guide you into deep relaxation and enhance your overall wellbeing.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditative journey that leads you into a state of “conscious sleep,” using a systematic body scan and breath awareness to settle the nervous system, and visualisations to clear the mind, leaving you feeling as refreshed and restored.

About:

Do you notice tension in your body?
Our daily routines constantly affect the nervous system, making it essential to find moments to pause and reset. While it is easy to stay busy, it is often harder to slow down.
This session is an invitation to feel your feet on the ground, connect with your breath, and lift yourself out of holiday sluggishness.

Experience the power of mindful movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation.
Suitable for everyone; no previous experience is needed.

  • We begin with gentle, mindful stretches — an invitation to soften, to release what the body quietly holds.
  • A few moments of conscious breath help settle the mind and open the space within.
  • The heart of the session is Yoga Nidrayogic sleep — a journey into deep rest and renewal. As you are guided through layers of awareness, the body unwinds, the mind becomes still, and a sense of ease begins to unfold.
  • You’re warmly invited to stay for a cup of herbal tea afterwards, allowing time to gently return and connect.

Where:

Private venue, Riverview road, Pangbourne, RG8 7AU.
Park at the village car park – walk about 5min. The venue will be clearly signed.

These sessions are held in a lovely private venue with an intimate group of max 15 people. The smaller setting helps create a safe, quiet space for everyone to truly unwind.

What to Bring:

Please bring a yoga mat or similar mat unless you prefer to sit on a chair. It is suggested to bring a cushion or pillow for comfortable sitting and as a support for your head during the relaxation time, a blanket and eye mask can be helpful to allow you to feel relaxed and comfortable. Wear loose and comfortable clothing.
There will be some spare yoga mats and blankets if needed.
