Holding space for transformation
With over 20 years of experience in bodywork, yoga, breathwork, and meditation, I have developed a deep passion for sharing the beauty and essence of life through these holistic practices. I believe that when we truly listen to our bodies, we empower ourselves to live more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic lives.
There is a particular joy I find in watching my clients grow and relax—witnessing the moment they become stronger but softer at the same time.
My work is about helping you develop that quiet strength in the body while cultivating a profound lightness in the mind. By following the natural rhythm of your breath and learning to soften into the present moment, we work together to release what no longer serves you, making space for new energy to bloom.
YOGA
My journey began in 1999, when I discovered the true art and practice of yoga through the Yoga in Daily Life tradition, founded by Swami Maheshwarananda. This path led me to understand the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit, and inspired me to share this knowledge with others.
I received my yoga teacher training at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta ashram in India in 2015, an opportunity I am deeply grateful for.
Through my own personal experience, I’ve witnessed the transformative power of yoga, breathwork and meditation. These practices have not only helped me heal physical pains and aches but have also taught me how to connect with myself, balance my mind and body, and appreciate the beauty of life.
BODYWORK & MASSAGE
After receiving the healing touch of my grandmother’s hands when I was a child, I had a wish that one day I would share this gift with others so they, too, could experience release, lightness, and freedom within the body.
My journey with bodywork began in Prague, where I studied the art of Therapeutic Oil Massage. Since 2002, I have refined a signature approach that blends the technical precision of Deep and Soft Tissue work with the long, healing strokes of traditional Swedish Massage.
I needed only one session in the deep Himalayas (2003) to understand and appreciate the power of Thai Yoga Massage. I studied this art in Himalayas, then deepened my knowledge with well-known tutor Kira Balaskas (School of Thai Yoga Massage) in London; I’ve been sharing this practice since 2010.
This fusion allows me to tailor every session to what your body needs in the moment—whether that is a firm, remedial touch to release chronic tension or a soothing, restorative flow to calm the nervous system.
After moving my practice to Reading, I introduced the ‘magic’ of Hot Stone Therapy. By using the deep, penetrating heat of smooth stones, this treatment can be profoundly restorative and gentle, bringing a sense of grounded peace to the whole body, or deep and remedial to target stubborn knots.
MEDITATION
In 2003, I attended my first 10-day silent retreat in Indian Himalayas and was introduced to Vipassana, insight meditation. The practice quickly became a foundation for my daily life. Since then, I’ve deepened my practice with yearly 10- or 20-day silent retreats in Herefordshire and India.
I am fully certified and insured practitioner with over 20 years of experience in yoga, massage therapy, breathwork and meditation.
My goal is to share the pure essence and benefits of these practices. I believe we can all benefit from a healthier and more balanced approach to life.
May all living beings be happy, healthy, peaceful and liberated.
